STEMunity Impact Report 2024/25

We’re proud to share our STEMunity Impact Report 2024/25, showcasing the scale, reach and real-world difference our work continues to make for young people, educators and communities in the UK and beyond.

In the past year alone, STEMunity engaged 18,500 young people across 118 schools, delivering inclusive, hands-on STEM experiences through programmes such as 5PARK, Big Bang at Schools, Land, Sea & Air, Energy Quest, and the Portsmouth KS1 Science Fair. Since our founding in 2021, we have now reached 54,070 students in 860 schools across 34 countries.

Our impact goes beyond participation. The report highlights:

-Increased confidence, enjoyment and aspiration towards STEM careers

-Strong engagement with industry role models and STEM Ambassadors

-Targeted support for underrepresented learners, including SEND and Pupil Premium cohorts

-Sustainable partnerships with schools, museums, universities, industry and funders

-Continued organisational growth, with income more than doubling year on year

The report also outlines our public benefit, financial performance, governance, and future plans, including expansion into new UK regions, new 5PARK resources, and international partnerships.

Whether you are a funder, partner, educator or supporter, this report offers a transparent and evidence-led overview of how your support helps us widen access to STEM, challenge inequity, and inspire the next generation.
