Want to use your STEM expertise to inspire young people? Good morning everyone - an opportunity for you below. I’m reaching out with an exciting opportunity to use your STEM expertise to support and inspire the next generation of young engineers, scientists, and technologists. The Big Bang Competition is looking for volunteer judges to help assess incredible projects from amazing young people aged 11 to 18 from across the UK. No judging experience? No problem! You’ll receive full training, and everything is done online, at a time that suits you. All we ask is around 8 hours of your time between 2 to 10 April 2025. Find out more and see what’s involved By taking part, you'll play a vital role in celebrating young talent, giving them quality feedback and support. You'll get to help crown the next Big Bang UK Young Engineer, Scientist, and Technologist of the Year, supported by Siemens. It’s a rewarding way to give back, champion the future of STEM, and feel good about making a difference. Interested? Please apply by 12 March using this link and specify the judging role. Or, if you know someone who would make a fantastic judge, we'd really appreciate you passing this on! Let me know if you have any questions. We’d love to have you involved.
